Our Livestock... We raise grass-fed and grass finished Scottish Highland cattle and Suffolk sheep. Our cattle and sheep herds' diet consists of a mixture of grasses and clover, which produces meat high in protein and anti-oxidants.

In addition, we also raise rabbits (Flemish Giant), geese (Buff), ducks (Cayugas, Mallard and Peckin), poultry (Heritage Blue Slate and Bourbon Red turkeys, and multiple breeds of chickens). All of our smaller livestock are housed in separate well ventilated buildings, each with their own individual runs.
